The full story
Five shorts of about four minutes each, all following Baby Groot while he's still small enough to live in a pot — the stretch around the first two Guardians of the Galaxy films. There's almost no dialogue beyond the one line Groot has.
Groot's First Steps: Groot is growing in his pot, tended by the ship's robots. When the pot cracks, they bring in a bonsai tree to replace him. Groot attacks it out of jealousy, both pots smash on the floor, and he takes his first steps.
The Little Guy: Groot finds the Grunds, a civilization of tiny blue aliens living under a rock. His attempts to play with them look like an attack, and they fight back — until a frightened Groot drops a leaf, which they take as food. He goes off to fetch them a whole bush, and steps on them on the way back.
Groot's Pursuit: Something leaking from a broken vial turns out to be Iwua, a shapeshifting alien that starts impersonating Groot. The two end up dancing, Iwua teaching him the steps, until Groot ejects it through the airlock.
Groot Takes a Bath: A mud bath makes Groot sprout leaves, which he keeps restyling, to the irritation of a Gangalorian squirrel bird nearby. He uses up all the mud, then trims the bird's hair into a scarf.
Magnum Opus: Groot raids the ship for supplies to draw a picture of the Guardians, and blows a hole in it getting hold of glitter. Rocket finds him trying to patch the hole. Groot hands over the finished drawing, Rocket is nearly sucked out into space, and Groot saves him.
