Karli Morgenthau is the leader of the Flag Smashers, a militant group that formed in opposition to the Global Repatriation Council's efforts to relocate displaced populations back to their original homes after the Blip reversed. Having received a dose of an unstable Super Soldier Serum, she used her enhanced strength to carry out increasingly violent operations in the name of a borderless, unified world before being killed by John Walker.
