James Connors

James Connors shot Tyrone Johnson's brother Billy on the night the Roxxon rig exploded, covered it up, and made detective. Eight years later Tyrone, wearing his brother's cloak, scared a confession out of him. Connors went on to shoot Brigid O'Reilly, and was swallowed by the darkness of Tyrone's cloak. He came back from it remorseful, and tried to help clear Tyrone's name, before Tyrone's mother, Adina, killed him.

First turns up in Cloak & Dagger (Season 1).
