Mayhem

Brigid O'Reilly is a New Orleans police detective, who came from Harlem, where she was friends with Misty Knight. She became Tandy and Tyrone's ally against the corrupt cop James Connors, who shot her and pushed her into the water. The energy there brought her back as two people: O'Reilly, and Mayhem, a violent vigilante with her face who started hunting the city's traffickers on her own. The two of them eventually agree to share one body.

First turns up in Cloak & Dagger (Season 1).
