Samuel Sterns is a cellular biologist who assisted Bruce Banner's gamma radiation research and was accidentally exposed to a small amount of Banner's irradiated blood, which began slowly mutating his body and vastly expanding his intelligence over time. Years later, deliberately exposing himself to further gamma radiation, he completed his transformation into a hyper-intelligent, large-skulled being known as the Leader. Read more →
