Pulled across the multiverse by Doctor Strange's unraveling spell, he arrives already carrying the weight of his own Uncle Ben and Gwen Stacy, and recognizes in the younger Peter's situation the exact mistakes he has already made. He talks the youngest Peter out of killing Norman Osborn, then goes home.
