Izel

Izel is an alien mercenary who manipulates both Sarge and S.H.I.E.L.D. while secretly working to open a passage for her own people to invade Earth. She is killed by Melinda May, who stabs her at the cost of May's own life.

First turns up in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Season 6).
