General Hale

General Hale is a black-ops military officer secretly working with Hydra remnants and an alien coalition called the Confederacy to build a gravitonium-powered weapon. Her full first name is never given on screen, and she dies alongside her plan for it.

First turns up in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Season 5).
